Synthetic Winch Lines
In the quest to develop and provide the ultimate synthetic winch rope, we spent a year and half working with chemical engineers to produce the newest, most advanced synthetic winch lines ever produced.
DynaFlex Pro, Trail and Buggy lines have been created with cutting edge technologies utilizing LCP (liquid crystal polymers), PPTA (poly-paraphenylene terephthalamides), Synthetic Polymer, Aramid (kevlar) and polyurethane coatings to construct the finest synthetic winch lines available.
Our winch lines are unequaled in abrasion resistance and unrivaled in strength and flexibility. DynaFlex offers off road vehicle owners superior performance and characteristics, including; temperature ratings of 625° F to 932° F, superior abrasion resistance, low drag coefficient, superior strength, true capacity ratings, improved safety, lighter weight and ease of handling without kinking, curling or wire splinters. It stores minimal energy, is easily coiled, is non-rotational and no heat protection sleeve is needed. In order to offer our customers the highest level of safety all of our lines are professionally spliced.
Our patent pending Line Lock maintains five wraps of line on the drum at all times. This simple yet effective product can be installed in minutes and offers a safety advantage not previously seen.
DynaFlex currently offers three levels of line, the included items are listed below.
The Pro Line is a 3/8″ polyurethane coated LCP, Liquid Crystal Polymer with a rating of 20,900lbs. with a temperature rating of 625° F. Our Pro line offers the highest level of abrasion resistance the highest bend fatigue rating in the industry which is 180% higher than Aramid, Plasma and Dyneema type lines and 50% higher than our Trail line. Applications on vehicles utilizing 8,000 to 16,500lb. winches. Standard lengths are 100 and 125 feet with custom lengths by special order, please allow 4-6 weeks on special orders. Minimum line length is 100 feet. Standard color is Black, special orders are available in Orange, Red and Green.
The Trail Line is a 3/8″ polyurethane coated PPTA, Poly-Paraphenylene Terephthalamide with a rating of 18,900lbs. with a temperature rating of 932° F. Excellent abrasion resistance and a bend fatigue rating which is 30% higher than all other available lines, excluding our Pro line. Applications on vehicles utilizing 8,000 to 15,000lb winches. Standard lengths are 100 and 125 feet with custom lengths by special order, please allow 4-6 weeks for special orders. Minimum line length is 100 feet. Standard color is Black, special orders are available in Orange, Red and Green.
The Buggy Line is a 5/16″ polyester jacketed LCP, Liquid Crystal Polymer with a rating of 12,200lbs. with a temperature rating of 625 F. High abrasion resistance and excellent bend fatigue rating. Applications on lightweight buggy type vehicles weighing less than 2800lbs. utilizing 5,000 to 6,000lb winches, Only available in 100 and 125 foot lengths. Color is White with a Black Gun Barrel Twist.
